Refund Policy

At SellerGST, your trust fuels our mission. We strive to deliver unmatched service, and our refund guidelines are designed to be clear, fair, and customer-centric.

We understand that GST procedures can be complex. Our team is ready to support you at every step and resolve concerns swiftly.

When Are You Entitled to a Refund?

  • You can claim a 100 % refund if your GST registration is rejected two times or more, exclusively due to documentation issues related to your Principal Place of Business (PPOB).
  • Refund requests for any other reason will be considered only after three consecutive rejections.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Rejections are triggered by KYC discrepancies submitted by the applicant.
  • Rejections caused by the applicant’s non‑compliance with GST regulations (e.g., failed biometric or physical verification).
  • Documentation errors linked to an Additional Place of Business (APOB).
  • Factors outside SellerGST’s control, including:
    • Government Decisions: Final approval rests with the tax authorities, beyond our influence.
    • Administrative Delays: Portal downtime, government backlogs, or other system interruptions.
    • Regulatory Changes: New rules or documentation requirements introduced after your application (e.g., fresh biometric norms).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@flydeskprojects.com using the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”.
  2. Include:
    • Application ID
    • Date of submission
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any relevant supporting documents

          3. Our finance desk will review and respond within 3–7 business days.

Policy Revisions

SellerGST may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect immediately once published on our website or communicated via email.

By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this policy.

Force Majeure

SellerGST is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control—natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labour disputes, internet or system outages, cyber‑attacks, or similar events. Refunds are not applicable under such conditions.
